Welcome to Riox Suite. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using our website, software, services, applications, and related platforms.

By accessing or using Riox Suite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. About Riox Suite

Riox Suite provides business management software and related services, including tools for customer management, sales, invoices, projects, tasks, files, reports, attendance, inventory, and other business operations.

We may update, improve, add, remove, or modify features from time to time to improve the service.

  1. Account Registration

To use certain features of Riox Suite, you may need to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

  1. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Riox Suite only for lawful business purposes.

You must not use Riox Suite to upload, store, publish, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or violates the rights of others.

You are responsible for the accuracy, ownership, and legality of the information, files, and business data you enter into the system.

  1. Business Data and Ownership

You retain ownership of the business data and files you upload or create inside Riox Suite.

Riox Suite does not claim ownership of your customer records, invoices, project data, documents, images, or other business information.

By using our service, you give us permission to store, process, transmit, back up, and display your data only as needed to provide and maintain the service.

  1. Subscriptions and Payments

Some Riox Suite services may be free, while others may require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices, package features, storage limits, and billing periods may be displayed on our website, invoice, or inside the platform.

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the plan or service you choose. If payment is not received on time, we may suspend, limit, or cancel access to paid features.

  1. Manual Payment Confirmation

If payment is made by bank transfer, KHQR, QR payment, or other manual payment method, your subscription may require confirmation by our team.

We may request a transaction reference, payment screenshot, or other payment proof before activating or extending your account.

Providing false payment information may result in account suspension or termination.

  1. Storage and Usage Limits

Your account may include storage limits, user limits, file limits, or feature limits depending on your package.

If you exceed your allowed limits, you may need to upgrade your plan, reduce usage, or purchase additional storage.

We may apply fair usage controls to protect system performance and service stability.

  1. Service Availability

We aim to keep Riox Suite available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Temporary interruptions may happen due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service problems, internet failures, security events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Backups and Data Protection

We may use backups and technical safeguards to help protect data. However, you are also responsible for keeping your own important business records, exports, and copies where necessary.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from data loss.

  1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Access or attempt to access another user’s account without permission.

Copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer Riox Suite without written permission.

Upload malicious files, viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Use the service to send spam, fraud, phishing, or unauthorized messages.

Interfere with the security, performance, or operation of the platform.

Use Riox Suite for illegal or unauthorized activities.

  1. Intellectual Property

Riox Suite, including its name, design, software, interface, branding, logo, features, content, and related materials, belongs to Riox Suite or its owners and licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Riox Suite without written permission.

  1. Third-Party Services

Riox Suite may connect with or depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, cloud storage, payment providers, email services, APIs, analytics tools, or communication platforms.

We are not responsible for issues, downtime, pricing changes, data handling, or policies of third-party services.

  1. Support

We may provide support through email, chat, phone, documentation, or other support channels.

Support availability may depend on your package, subscription status, and the type of issue.

We will try to assist you in a reasonable and professional manner, but we do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved immediately.

  1. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms.

You fail to pay required fees.

You misuse the service.

You provide false or misleading information.

Your usage creates security, legal, technical, or operational risk.

After termination, your access to the service may be disabled. Some data may be retained for legal, backup, billing, or security reasons before deletion according to our policies.

You may stop using Riox Suite at any time.

If you cancel a paid subscription, your access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Fees already paid may not be refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riox Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Riox Suite for the service during the relevant billing period.

  1. Disclaimer

Riox Suite is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We make reasonable efforts to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will meet every business requirement, operate without errors, or be suitable for every specific purpose.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Riox Suite after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Cambodia, unless another jurisdiction is required by law or agreed in writing.
